Il pacchetto di 7 giorni comprende

Full board accommodation (including drinks); Italian cooking courses (homemade pasta, gnocchi, vegetables, appetizers and cakes); Cultural excursions (abbeys, museums and archaeological sites); Food and wine tasting (olive oil, cheese and local wine); Art Courses (ancient Jewelery and Watercolor painting); Tastings of Italian cuisine in various local restaurants; Transfer to and from Rome Fiumicino airport. Transport by minivan up to 8 people.

Morning: Arrival at Fiumicino Airport, transfer to “La Locanda del Ruspante” and check in.
Lunch: Welcome lunch (Various Appetizers)
Afternoon:Free time after lunch. 3:00 pm Castro's historical center tour, St. Nicholas Church
and return to the Locanda walking in the wood.
Dinner: At a restaurant in Arnara village.


Martedì

Martedì

Morning: Breakfast. Visit of Fossanova Abbey and continue the tour visiting an olive grove in Sonnino, where we will experience processing and tasting the extra virgin olive oil.
Lunch: Light lunch in the grove, return to Castro and free time.
Afternoon: 4.00 Appetizers and Vegetables Cooking Course.
Dinner: We’ll savor our creations at “La Locanda del Ruspante”.


Mercoledì

Morning: Breakfast. One day on Amaseno mountains, to live the outstanding moments of a day with a shepherd family and his goats, milking, processing of milk into cheese, the output of grazing animals.
Lunch: Picnic with local products (bread, cheese, olives, sausage,etc.), return to Castro and relax.
Afternoon: 4.00 pm Course of Ancient Roman Jewelery, creating a souvenir to take home!
Dinner: at a typical Pizzeria in Castro dei Volsci.


Giovedì

Giovedì

Morning: Breakfast. The first stop is at the seaside village Sperlonga, visit to the Archaeological Museum and to the Grotto of Tiberius.
Lunch: At “Il Tirreno” Restaurant in Sperlonga, to taste exquisite fish cooking. Return to Castro, free time.
Afternoon: At 4.00 pm Watercolor Course “en plein air”, to take home your work.
Dinner: at Ditirambo Restaurant, good food and good Italian wines.


Venerdì

Morning: Breakfast and visit to the Caves of Pastena.
Lunch: In Ceccano village, tasting "prosciutto", sausages and “porchetta”. Relax.
Afternoon: 4.00 pm Homemade Pasta Course, where we will prepare Fettuccine, Maltagliati and Gnocchi.
Dinner: We’ll savor our creations at “La Locanda del Ruspante”.


Sabato

Sabato

Morning: Breakfast and visit to a Vineyard of Cesanese wine in Piglio area.
Lunch: Brunch and wine tasting at the cellar. Return to Castro.
Afternoon: At 4.00 pm Course of Homemade Pastry (Ciambelline al vino, Biscotti, Crostate).
Dinner: At la “Locanda del Ruspante” with folk live music.


Domenica

Domenica

Morning: Breakfast at the local “Bar” to taste a typical “Cornetto and Cappuccino” and departure (Fiumicino Airport).
